  • Rescans are offered at the discretion of the sonographer on the day of your appointment and must be completed within 10 days if no images or pictures are captured. If images are taken, it is considered that the appointment was accepted, and a rescan will not be offered.

  • Please prepare for your appointment. Staying well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water and eating hydrating fruits DAILY.

  • If you are not satisfied with the images due to hydration issues, and after an attempt to rehydrate during your visit, the sonographer may offer a one-time courtesy rescan at no cost. This offer is available only at the time of service and is based on the sonographer’s professional judgment. Full payment for the original appointment must be completed before a courtesy rescan is considered.

  • All sales and services are final.

  • Deposit Policy: A 30% deposit is required to secure all appointments, regardless of service total. This deposit will be applied toward your remaining balance, which is due at the time of your appointment. Please note that all deposits are nonrefundable.

  • If you need to reschedule due to an emergency, please call or leave a voicemail at 732-354-1822. If we do not receive notice, deposits will be forfeited, and a new appointment will need to be booked.
