Policies & Disclaimer
(Please read carefully before your appointment)
At Serenity Imaging, we strive to create a relaxing, joyful, and memorable experience for every family. To help us serve you best, we kindly ask that all clients review and agree to the following policies:
Rescans
Rescans are offered only at the discretion of the sonographer and must be completed within 10 days of your original appointment date.
If no images or video clips are obtained due to fetal positioning or other factors beyond our control, and hydration instructions were followed, the sonographer may offer a one-time courtesy rescan.
If any images or videos are captured, the session is considered fulfilled, and a rescan will not be offered.
Hydration is Key
For the best results, we recommend drinking plenty of water daily starting at least 3–5 days before your appointment.
Hydration plays a big role in getting clear images. Staying well-hydrated helps us capture the best images. If baby’s position or image clarity is affected by low hydration, a rescan may be offered.
Hydrating with coconut water or fruits like cucumber, watermelon, pineapple, grapes, and oranges can further support clearer imaging.
Appointment & Package Changes
You may request a package change on the day of your appointment. If possible, please let us know in advance so we can make any adjustments and ensure every family enjoys a smooth, happy experience.
• Downgrades:
If you arrive late and request a downgrade, refunds will not be issued and your appointment time cannot be extended.
Downgrades may only be made if time allows, and refunds for downgraded packages will not be offered.
You may keep your original package or reschedule your session.
• Upgrades:
Upgrades may be allowed if time permits during your scheduled session. A change may be done to your package on the day of service. Please call or text us with your request.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments under $100 packages.
This deposit is applied to your remaining balance and secures your session time.
The remaining balance is due in full at the time of your appointment.
Rescheduling & No-Shows
We understand emergencies happen. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at 732-354-1822.
No-call/no-show clients forfeit their deposit, and a new appointment must be made with a new deposit.
Final Note
All 3D/4D Ultrasound services at Serenity Imaging are non-diagnostic and elective.
All sales are final.
